Electric Current Electric current is the flow of electric charge in a conductor. It is measured in amperes (A) and flows from the positive (+) terminal to the negative (-) terminal. Electric Circuit An electric circuit is a closed path that allows the flow of electric current. It consists of a source of electricity (like a battery), conductors (wires), and an electrical load (like a bulb). Ohm's Law Ohm's law states that the current (I) in a circuit is directly proportional to the voltage (V) and inversely proportional to the resistance (R). Mathematically, I = V / R. Resistance Resistance is a property that opposes the flow of current. It is measured in ohms (Ω) and depends on the material, length, and cross-sectional area of a conductor. Longer conductors and those with smaller cross-sectional areas have higher resistance. Series and Parallel Circuits In a series circuit, the components are connected end-to-end. The same current flows through all components. In a parallel c...

In the intricate tapestry of the human body, the "Nervous system" takes center stage as the conductor of the symphony of life. As we step into 2023, the study of the Nervous system is more intriguing than ever, offering fresh insights into the inner workings of our bodies and minds. In this blog post, we'll embark on a journey through the fascinating realm of the Nervous system, exploring its structure, functions, and the latest advancements in our understanding of this critical network. The Architecture of the Nervous System At the heart of comprehending the "Nervous system" is grasping its complex structure. This remarkable system is a network of specialized cells known as neurons, which communicate through electrical and chemical signals. It consists of two main components: the Central Nervous System (CNS) and the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS). The CNS, comprising the brain and spinal cord, acts as the command center for the entire body. It processes infor...

Have you ever thought why during the sunrise and sunset the sun appears red WHY? While sunset and sunrise, the colour of the sun and its surrounding appear red. During sunset and sunrise, the sun is near to horizon, and therefore, the sunlight has to travel larger distance in atmosphere. Due to this, most of the blue light (shorter wavelength) is scattered away by the particles. The light of longer wavelength (red colour) reaches our eye. This is why sun appear red in colour. Why the danger signal or sign is made of red colour? Red colour scatters the most when strikes the small particle of fog and smoke because it has the maximum wavelength (visible spectrum). Hence, from large distance also, we can see the red colour clearly. At noon sun appears white: At noon, the sun is overhead and sunlight would travel shorter distance relatively through the atmosphere. Hence, at noon, the sun appear white as only little of the blue and violet colours are scattered. WHY DOES THE SKY AP...

Human Eye: working of human eye, Persistence of vision, Power of accommodation of human eye, Defects of vision. The Human Eye: It is a natural optical instrument which is used to see the objects by human beings. It is like a camera which has a lens and screen system. Have you ever thought why people wear spectacles why not anything else whey they are not able to see clearly. The simple answer is people who are not able to see objects near to them after 25 cm they are suffering from myopia. Myopia - It is a defect .It needs a convex lens of prescribed power by the doctor. The simple answer behind this defect is, this happens due to the increase in focal length or elongation of eye ball due to which image is formed before retina. Retina is a part of eye where the image is formed. It has light sensitive cell which gets activated and generate the electrical signal. Hypermetropia ----------- It is a defect which is caused by the shortening of eye ball. This defect make the person unable ...
